At 411 Marketers, we are committed to providing top-tier digital marketing services, software access, business consulting, and educational resources to help our clients grow and succeed. Below are our policies regarding fulfillment, refunds, returns, and cancellations, in accordance with Stripe's requirements.
Due to the nature of digital products, services, and intellectual property, all sales are
final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered as described. A duplicate payment was made in error. A refund was promised in writing by a 411 Marketers representative.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your transaction details and reason for the request.
411 Marketers offers non-physical, digital services and deliverables. These include:
Access to proprietary marketing software. Website builds, funnels, automation setup, and CRM access. Marketing strategy sessions and consulting via Zoom or in-person appointments. Custom creative content, ad campaigns, emails, and business coaching.
Delivery timelines vary by service and scope, but standard delivery timeframes are:
Software access and onboarding: within 48–72 hours after purchase. Websites, funnels, or automation builds: typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Zoom sessions or consultations: scheduled at client’s availability after payment.
All deliverables are coordinated through our onboarding system and/or communicated directly by your account manager.
3. Return Policy
As a digital service provider, we do not accept returns of services rendered or software access once delivered. However, clients may request service revisions or clarifications if a deliverable does not meet the scope defined during onboarding or within an active service agreement.

All recurring service plans, including software access and marketing retainers, are billed on a month-to-month or custom term basis as defined in your service agreement.
411 Marketers utilizes video conferencing (primarily via Zoom) as part of our onboarding, consultation, and service agreement process. By engaging in a video consultation with 411 Marketers and submitting payment following such a meeting, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
The Zoom recording and its accompanying transcript constitute a mutual, binding agreement between the client and 411 Marketers. The terms, scope of services, and expectations discussed and agreed upon in the recorded session shall be treated as legally binding, equivalent to a written and signed contract. This agreement is enforceable under applicable law and may be submitted as evidence in the event of a dispute, chargeback, or legal proceeding.
By making payment after the recorded Zoom consultation, the client affirms that they fully understood, agreed to, and accepted the discussed terms, and such acceptance shall be deemed final and irrevocable. Clients who do not agree to this method of agreement should notify 411 Marketers in writing prior to the session or before submitting any payment.

Send written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.Include your full name, business name, and service you wish to cancel.You will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
If a minimum term or contract commitment applies, early termination fees may be assessed based on the original agreement.
